RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Our return policy is applicable under specific conditions to ensure a smooth and fair process. If you receive a damaged product, the following steps must be taken to qualify for a return or replacement:
Unboxing Video Requirement: Upon receiving the product, a clear and continuous unboxing video must be recorded. This video should begin before the package is opened and must clearly show the product in its original condition, along with the damage.
Submission Deadline: The recorded unboxing video must be shared with us on the same day as the product’s delivery date to initiate the return or replacement process.
Condition for Approval: The return request will only be considered if the product is visibly damaged in the unboxing video.
